1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return guarantee, calculated from the date you receive the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return within 30 days.

2. Return Conditions

Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  • Products have not been used, damaged, or washed

  • Original product tags and packaging are intact and undamaged

  • All accessories and free gifts are complete

  • Original proof of purchase is provided

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Opened hygiene-related products

  • Clearance/sale items (clearly marked as "final sale")

  • Gift cards and digital products

3. Return Process

Step 1: Submit Return Request

  • Log into your account

  • Go to "Order History" page

  • Select the product(s) you wish to return and state the reason

Step 2: Wait for Review

  • We will review your application within 24-48 hours

  • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions

Step 3: Ship Back Products

  • Use original packaging or suitable packaging materials

  • Include the return authorization number inside the package

  • Recommended to use trackable shipping method

  • Keep shipping receipt until refund is completed

4. Refund Processing

Refund Timeframe:

  • We will process refund within 5-7 business days after receiving returned products and confirming they meet return conditions

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Bank or payment platform processing may require additional 3-10 business days

Refund Amount:

  • Full refund of product amount

  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable (unless return is due to product quality issues)

  • Return shipping cost is borne by customer (unless return is due to our error)

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange products:

  • Please follow the return process first

  • Specify "exchange needed" in your return application

  • After receiving the returned products, we will reship the exchange

  • Additional shipping costs for exchanges are borne by customer

6. Product Quality Issues

If products have quality issues:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving products

  • Provide relevant photos or video evidence

  • After confirmation, we will cover return shipping costs

  • You may choose refund or exchange

7. International Return Special Instructions

For cross-border orders:

  • Return address may vary depending on warehouse location

  • Please be sure to use the specific return address we provide

  • Cross-border returns may incur customs duties; please declare as "returned goods"

  • Recommended to purchase shipping insurance for return packages

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if not yet shipped

  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and must follow return process

  • Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns under the following circumstances:

  • Beyond 30-day return period

  • Products show obvious signs of use or human damage

  • Missing product tags or accessories

  • Unable to provide valid proof of purchase
